SEBI vide its communication dated 4th June 2025 has approved the registration of Bajaj Investment Trust – III as an ‘Alternative Investment Fund – Category III’ vide registration no. IN/AIF3/25-26/1821.
JIMPL was appointed as the Asset Management Company / Investment Manager of Bajaj Investment Trust by the Trustee vide Investment Management Agreement
