Currently based in Bangalore, Nimisha lives with her husband’s family and her four-year-old son. She is also the Honorary Director of Jamnalal Bajaj Vishwaneedam (JBV), a part of the Jamnalal Bajaj Seva Trust. JBV is a non-profit skill-based training Centre for woman of ages 16& over. Over 300 women learn various courses like tailoring, embroidery, jewellery making, Henna, Computers among others and get a chance to apply it to either get a job or start their own home business. They also run a children’s daycare centre and a goushala which currently has over 70 cows.
Nimisha’s passion for helping people along with her marketing background has helped her grow the organization further and she dreams to help thousands of women become economically independent and self-reliable.
