The Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance wants work from home to be permanent
The Bajaj Allianz Life, an insurance company, plans to allow a good portion of its employees to work from home as we advance. The lockdown and resultant remote working have honed employees’ skills enough to work from home (WFH) efficiently.
Mr. Tarun Chugh, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Bajaj Allianz Life, said that WFH “has been very, very efficient to the extent that we are happy to continue the WFH format even after the lockdown”.
“Overall, we should be saving around Rs 100 crore annually by WFH.”
