Bajaj Allianz General Insurance has introduced Privé, a specialized customer experience initiative aimed at high-value individual insurance purchasers. Privé offers priority service and a dedicated claims channel for eligible customers buying health, home, motor, personal accident, and cyber insurance policies. To qualify for Privé’s My Health Care Plan, customers must have a minimum sum insured of Rs 1 crore. Access to “Privé Connect” ensures swift resolution of queries and service requests. Health claims benefit from hassle-free discharge and pre-policy check-ups at home. Motor insurance claims receive expedited responses and priority surveyor deployment, while non-motor claims, like home insurance, are managed by dedicated claim handlers.
