Bajaj Auto’s Chetak electric scooter surpasses 20,000 bookings in July 2024
Bajaj Auto announced that its Chetak Electric Scooter surpassed 20,000 bookings in July 2024, boosted by the launch of the new Chetak 2901 variant priced at ₹95,998 (ex-showroom Bangalore). This increase is attributed to the expansion of Chetak Experience Centres and dealerships into Tier 2 towns, enhancing availability. The Chetak Electric Scooter is now sold at about 2,000 locations across India and is available in five colours: Red, White, Black, Lime Yellow, and Azure Blue. The new 2901 model features a robust metal body and advanced technology.
